They followed me home - can I keep them?

This weekend was a long one here in our part of Australia, so we packed up Pirate Jim, the dog and the cat, and headed off to visit my parents. They live about 5 hours south-west of Canberra.

Despite the availability of free baby-sitting, there was only a few minutes of Ravelry-ing, no blogging and almost no knitting.

But there were these:

And I have absolutely no idea how this made it's way into the back of the car:

But at least there were these inside:

Let's here it for baby-sitting grandparents!

Gx

p.s. My Ravelry name is Georgiegirl, if you're looking for me.

You know, if you find yourself in need of someone to have a bottle of Anderson Sparkling Shiraz with, I'm always available. That's possibly one of my most loved drinks on the planet.

I have found in the past that that stuff just loves creeping into my car and following us home from Rutherglen....he he

You somehow knew that you would be celebrating a fantastic win in the near future. Good job for planning ahead.

I so want to help you drink that! - I adore the Anderson bubbles! Lucky you (again)Strange - wine and olives always follow me home from Rutherglen too - can't understand it at all!

Yeeharr! Red bubbles. That's what we toasted Tilly with when I finally got over the gastro. Half a glass and I was blotto. Vino and olives and I'm envisioning 5 o'clock nibbles : )

I suspect you guys were passing through Wagga or nearby; pity, could have done an afternoon tea if I'd got myself together to get to your blog before you'd headed north and send you the invite. Oh well, I imagine you'll be headed south again in this lifetime!

Sounds like a fabulous weekend, even without the blogging or computer time. What weekend wouldn't be fabulous when some wine conveniently ends up in the car? Looks like you made out like a bandit this last week! Go, you!!!

Sparkling wine is always welcome to follow me home. We have the same problem when we visit Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Lots of good food follows us and good people that we are, we have to take it in!
